Captain Rajiv Chadha is a share holding Managing Director with McOcean HTL Marine Services Pvt. Ltd (MHMS) and leads projects for the Marine Logistics ranging from services to Offshore Exploration and Production platforms, Warehousing & Distribution and 3rd Party Logistic practices. He primarily focuses on strategic planning, specialized research, business development, outsourcing of services and sales & marketing. He has over 30 years of nautical and multi dimensional logistics experience both at sea and ashore.

Captain Chadha concurrently is a share holding Director with Archer Bond Investments Consultants Ltd., a UK Based real-estate consultancy and investment firm and Founder Chairman of Goodwill Quest India Pvt. Ltd., an Indian real estate and trading company. Prior to this, Captain Chadha was Global Senior VP and Franchisee for India and Sri Lanka at The Accessory Corporation, USA, a global garment accessory company, where he led Sales and Marketing efforts in the Indian sub-continent including providing 3rd Party Logistics for storage, transportation and distribution of goods globally. Prior to that, he was the Executive Director of Hecny Freight India Pvt. Ltd & Managing Director of Hecny Cargo Systems Pvt Ltd controlling 14 company owned offices in India administratively, financially and also led the Business Development. Previously he has also served in the Indian Navy for 20 years. During his time with the Indian Navy, he served as Naval Aide de Camp (ADC) to President of India for 3 years and later as Defense Advisor to the Indian High-Commissioner in Colombo, Sri Lanka for 4 years.

Captain Chadha earned a Master's of Science degree from Defense Services Staff College, Wellington, affiliated to the University of Tamil Nadu, India.
